TPD Topics:
- To upgrade digital teaching portfolio by using wixsite.
- To conduct lesson study on topic, light (class VII science)
Every day one, during the 4th period, all the science teachers meets to discuss as this was the only common free period available for the TPD program. Each period has duration of 45-50 minutes. For first three months ( March to May), we have worked on upgradation of the digital teaching portfolio. For next three months, we are working on another TPD topic that is lesson study on topic, LIGHT from class VII Science.
In conclusion, the active encouragement of the Principal, Headmaster, and TPD coordinators, combined with collaborative TPD practices, empower teachers at TCV School Ladakh to become better educators. The focus on professional growth plans helps teachers to refine their skills, stay updated with latest methodologies, and integrate effective teaching strategies in their classrooms, ultimately leading to much better student outcomes.
